Understanding your "Basic report" on the Starter Plan

Learn more about our "Basic report" and metrics available to shops on the Starter plan

Updated over a week ago

If you're a shop on the Fit Quiz Starter plan, you receive a monthly Basic report, providing key metrics about your shop's performance. This article will help you understand and make the most of the information in the Basic report.

Shops using Fit Quiz on Shopify can access the same metrics via the Shopify Performance dashboard. Learn more about the Dashboard here.

When and How you'll receive your report

Basic reports are typically shared via email within the first 1-2 weeks of the new month. It takes a bit of time to gather and aggregate all your data.

Make sure to check your inbox, including your spam folder, and ensure that our team has your correct email details. If you need to update your contact information, please reach out to your account manager or our support team.

What's included in the Basic Report

The Basic report provides the necessary Fit Quiz user engagement metrics over the past month:

  • Total number of recommended sizes – this shows how many size recommendations Fit Quiz made for your shoppers, split into New and Regular users

  • Total number of items added to cart – this metric shows how many items shoppers added to their carts after receiving size recommendations. It only includes cases, when the recommended size was added-to-cart without any changes

  • User Funnels the report includes funnels for both New and Regular users, showing the entire shopper journey from viewing a page to getting a size recommendation and adding it to the cart

  • Return on Investment (ROI) – this figure, calculated for the entire period from the start of your paid subscription and updated monthly, tells you how much value you're getting from your Fit Quiz subscription.

  • Product coverage report – this includes the total number of unsupported (not configured) products and a detailed list (in CSV format) at the product level.
