What to do if not all of your tags are visible on the "Genders" tab

Fit Quiz typically syncs with your product catalog (and Shopify tags, that you use) at the time of the initial integration. It means, that if you've since added new products or new tags, they may not be yet visible among the tags on the "Genders" screen.

To fix this, you will need to

  • open the "Mapping" screen (located on the left side of the menu or in the top bar during the initial integration)

  • and resync your catalog by clicking the "Resync catalog" button right-hand corner of the "Mapping" screen.
