Should you still decide to proceed with the termination, the process varies depending on your subscription type.
For pay-as-you-go subscriptions on Shopify
If you're using our pay-as-you-go subscription on Shopify, you can cancel your plan and uninstall the Fit Quiz app directly from your Shopify account.
To cancel your plan, follow these steps:
Open the Fit Quiz application
Navigate to the 'Billing' section
Under "Plans", click "Cancel Current Plan"
After canceling the plan, you can uninstall Fit Quiz by going to your Shopify admin panel.
For Annual Subscriptions
If you're on one of our annual plans, these are typically signed for a 12-month period and are automatically renewed unless terminated. Our standard termination terms require giving a 30-day notice to the end of a month, prior to the agreement's renewal date.
To terminate an annual subscription, you shall send an email to [email protected] with your shop details. More details about the termination process can be found in your signed annual agreement.
