If you've received a special discount code, congratulations! This guide will explain how you can apply it to your Fit Quiz subscription on Shopify.
Types of discounts we offer
Our discount codes usually provide a discount:
as a nominal USD amount – for example, "$20 off"
or as a percentage – for example, "30% off"
The discount is applied for a specific number of months (minimum 1 and maximum 12).
Note, that all the discounts are only applied to the the fixed monthly subscription of your selected plan – Starter, Pro, or Premium – and do not cover the usage fees ($0.15 per add-to-cart). For example, a 20% discount code would mean that:
Starter plan will be available at $16 / month + $0.15 per add-to-cart vs. $20 / month + $0.15 per add-to-cart
Pro plan will be available at $80 / month + $0.15 per add-to-cart vs. $100 / month + $0.15 per add-to-cart
Premium plan will be available at $200 / month + $0.15 per add-to-cart vs. $250 / month + $0.15 per add-to-cart
Activating your discount code
Here are the steps to activate your discount code:
Open the Fit Quiz app in your Shopify
Navigate to the "Billing" section and then select "Plans"
Scroll to "Discount codes" block, click "Enter code" and type your discount code
Once the code has been applied, select any of the plans and activate your subscription
How do I know that the discount was applied correctly?
Once you've added the discount code (via "Enter code" pop-up), a blue banner will appear on the top of the "Plans" screen confirming that the code was activated successfully. You can now select a plan of your choice and click "Choose plan".
Final step – confirming your updated subscription in the Shopify admin. You will be redirected into the admin upon choosing a plan. Here you will see when and how your subscription will be charged, the discounted and the total amounts. The discount code will fully applied and updated with your subscription, once you click "Approve".
