Free trials is a great way to try Fit Quiz and its features, as well as evaluate impact it has on your shop. Currently, we offer 14-day or 30-day free trials on all our plans and subscription, so you can see Fit Quiz in action at no cost.
How Long the Free Trial Lasts
We have two free trial lengths – 14 days and 30 days, depending on the plan you choose.
Our pay-as-you-go plans (Starter, Pro, and Premium) have a 14-day free trial
For annual plans, the Starter and Pro plans come with a 14-day trial, and the Premium plan has a 30-day trial
When the Free Trial Starts
Start date of your free trial depends on the subscription type:
For pay-as-you-go plans: the trial starts when you pick a plan during the Fit Quiz app set up on the "Billing" page. You will be able to see the exact date when the free trial is set to end, when confirming the subscription on your Shopify admin
For annual plans: the trial starts when Fit Quiz is live on your website. We set the start date so your free trial doesn't begin until everything is ready
Making the Free Trial Longer
Usually, we don't extend the free trials. But, if you need more time, let us know. We'll try to help if we can.
