We have updated our monthly and annual subscription prices. Follow the step-by-step guide below to enable the new billing options.
Monthly billing
If your shop is on monthly Shopify billing, changes can be made at any time and directly in the Shopify admin.
Step 1: Open the Fit Quiz app
Go to your Shopify admin and open the Fit Quiz Size Recommender app. This takes you to the Fit Quiz dashboard, where you can manage your plan.
Step 2: Cancel your current plan
Go to the ‘Billing’ section in the left-side menu. Find your current plan under “Plans” and click “Cancel Current Plan”. This ends your existing plan, so you can choose the new one in the next step. To avoid any gap in service, choose your new plan right after you cancel.
Step 3: Choose your new plan
Refresh the page to see the new plans and prices. Compare the options, then choose the plan that fits your shop best. When you are ready, click “Subscribe”.
Step 4: Confirm the charge
Shopify will ask you to confirm the new charge. Review the amount, subscription terms, and renewal dates, then approve it.
Your new pricing will be active from your next billing cycle.
Annual billing
