We're now taking this a step further by offering direct integration between return apps and the Fit Quiz platform.
This article will dive into the benefits of connecting your return data and provide a step-by-step guide on how to integrate your return app with Fit Quiz directly in our Shopify app.
Why connect your return app?
Connecting your return app with Fit Quiz offers two major benefits:
Return-related performance metrics – you can gain access to valuable insights such as Fit Quiz's impact on returns, detailed analysis of size-related returns, and in-depth return data.
Improved recommendations – our algorithm learns from returns data and can adjust the recommendations in the future.
How to connect your return app
In the Fit Quiz Shopify app, open "Settings" and click "Return Management Apps".
Here you'll see a list of supported apps and can start the connection process.
There are two ways to connect your app: through an API and/or a secret key or through a manual connection.
API/Secret key Integration
Some apps offer open API access or provide a secret key. In these cases, obtain the necessary credentials from your return app, add them to the Return app screen in the Shopify Fit Quiz app, and connect.
Manual Connection
For apps requiring a more hands-on approach, our team is ready to assist you. Simply drop us an email, and we'll handle the connection process.
Processing the connection
Once connected, you'll see a "Connected" label next to the app. Data processing typically takes 24–48 hours, after which your return insights will be available.
