How to update your card on record

Updating card details, if your previously saved card expired or cannot be charged

If you're charged outside of Shopify and need to update your card on record, here's a simple guide to help you do that:

  1. Check your latest invoice or message from Stripe. It should contain a link to add a new card.

  2. Click on the link provided in the invoice or message.

  3. Follow the instructions to add a new card.
